The record of the world working class in connection with the criminal war of the predatory poles of capitalism in Ukraine is very dark and disgraceful. The workers of Europe are at the forefront of this stigma and have dedicated the darkest pages of this record to themselves. It has been two months since the beginning of the war and if anything could be called the continental labor movement, if it would be talking anything that is called the continental labor movement, this movement at least as far as the war is concerned , from head to toe it´s dissolved and buried in the inhumane prescriptions and the class charters of the capitalist states. The workers are doing what NATO and the bourgeois states wants them to do. Some associations and circles of these workers also form a “judiciary commission” ,and in the position of judgment they´re measuring the crimes and compare the precedent and reputation of NATO and Putin´s incursion , and announce the Russian rulers to be innocent, while NATO, the United States and allied Europe are seen as more belligerent or as the main sinner. The vast majority of European workers have outpaced of their predecessors in honoring and praying the “left, right and fascist” rulers of capital in the First and Second Imperialist Wars. In Scandinavia, Germany and Britain, France and the Netherlands and Spain, Austria and all of Eastern Europe are lined up behind NATO, more Catholic than the Pope, demanded the shipment of weapons and military facilities to the Ukranian fascist.
The vast majority of Russian workers, in Blarus and elsewhere, have resortedd to the same grim and degenerate scenario in support of Putin´s belligerent invasions and the Russian ruling bourgeoisie, and they also beat the drums of war to wipe out the “Ukranians” !!! In the meantime, the limited strata of the continental working class, though very alien to the radical anti-capitalist class struggle, nevertheless , have shown a different approach, in Greece, the daring and brave transport workers, chanted the anti-war, against the warring capitalists and also NATO and the belligerent Russian bourgeois rulers, they call for unification of all Russian and Ukrainian workers against the war and blocked any arms shipment from Greece to Ukraine and they ask for support of all the workers in the world. In recent decades, here and there, they´ve emerged their spontaneous class radicalism and they´ve distinguished themselves from the lifeless, subjugated and buried sections of the European working class, including the Scandinavian workers. Their council formation in the days of the country´s overall economicc collapse in the previous decade, their radical endeavor for occupying factories and hospitals, education centers and real estate, capitalist chain stores and take action for council administrating of these centers, free medicine and treatment services and livelihood and housing for a significant part of the working masses are very brilliant and glorious work in the historical record of the class struggle of these brave workers. A record for all mass workers on the continent, from the Mediterranean coast to the North pole and from the Black Sea to the Atlantic Ocean that is very instructive and didactic. With the exception of Greece, a small precentage of Italian workers, at a much lower but more conservative and appeasing level, without taking any practical action, perhaps in a scholastic and ideological style have begun to protest against the acceleration of the capitalist world war machine. They´ve also announced that they will start organizing and preparing forces to advance their protest.
We, the anti-capitalist workers of Iran appreciate the courageous action of our Greek working brothers and sisters, and also we welcome the weak protest statements of Italian workers. In the meantime, we have very fundamental and vital issues to plan with them and all the workers of the world. At the forefront of these issues is the question of a scenario that has been controversial for years, even today, the Italian workers have raised its flag but its sublunar concept is imaginary and mysterious. The name of this scenario is “The Anti-War Movement” , a phenomenon that is verbal but has no tangible or visible material existence. Movement, it´s not a bunch of beliefs, a collection of vows and needs, involved in this or that ideology and wishnesses. Movement, it´s a materialized protest against an imposed and dominant reality with the aim of changing and replacing it with a real desired based on social existing alternative. Today´s world is the world of capitalism and all the wars of the present age in the whole world it´s the war of capital against the workers , otherwise, the war between capitalists and capitalist states over the division and redistribution of the result of work and exploitation of the international working class. Historically, capital from the beginning of its existence, only war, blood and barbarism have rained down from all its existence over the working masses, war is an integral part of its existence. Capital needs the armies, police and gendarme, the repressive apparatus and militaristic organizations, the launching of fascist storms in everywhere that needs , the terrible nuclear arsenals and weapons. Every year, capital spends trillions dollars on rebuilding, expanding and modernizing, equipping theses institutions and coercive slaughterhouses with more powerful facilities from the work-result and exploitation of the world working class. Only what it lists under the name of illusory, false and fictious defence budget is more than 2 trillion dollars a year. Production of deadly weapons, fulfilling the world with all kinds of weapons, discovering and inventing the most advanced techniques for producing weapons and multiple bombs, bombers and intercontinental ballistic missiles, the most destructive nuclear weapons with the most terrible destructive power is the most golden and profitable realms of value-added capital. Only 25 arms companies earn 361 billion in military arms sales in 2019, a figure that was about 9% higher than the previous year. Just 12 US arms trusts , have appropriated 61% of total arms sales worldwide. The total amount of capital that is generating profits in the field of weapons manufacturing is skyrocketing. Thus this is the relation between capital and weapons, wars and militaristic costs. The slightest spark of working-class humane consciousness is needed for anyone to realize that anti-war fuss or the tumult of peace, without openinng the turbulent strongholds of the calss struggle against the existence of a system of war and anti-peace, not only doesn´t have a sign of real anti-war, rather, it´s such brainwashing billions of workers for the benefit of the warlords, and the whisper of a lullaby in the ears of working-class humanity for the passive burning in the furnace of ever and everywhere ignites the capitalist wars.
The anti-war movement means the display of class power, the manifesto of the organizing of this class power, the charter of of the exert power to eradicate war , and such a movemennt is real only when it´s a front of the class struggle of working masses against the social foundation of capitalist existence. Harmless street march, sitting in front of the ruling palaces of capitalism, relying on governments and chanting empty slogans from “any practical content of class warfare” , against war or for peace, not only, does it not scratch the capitalist state or any warlords pole of capital, not only, does it not force any capitalist or institution of capitalist power to any degree of reduction in the arsenals of their passion for war, but only result is that the engineering of the thoughts of the working class according of what capital wants and to deceive the masses of workers into the illusion that holding of these carnivals can reduce or delay the risk of wars !!! or to bring the bourgeois warlords to their minds, and prevented the flames of wars !!!
The message of the Italian workers to launch an anti-war movement is well-deserved, but this message with, all the facts that we briefly mentioned here, is strongly opposed. Is it supposed that they´re going to take to the streets again and resort to the reformist solutions relying on the bourgeois ideologies for peace !!? Take to the streets in the cities and call on the capitalist states to stop the war and raise the flag of peace ?! This isn´t an anti-war movement, but merely playing a role as components of thoughts engineering machine of capital, in the service of deceiving the working masses, in the service of brainwashing the workers, disarming them in favor of the bourgeoise and also it´s adding as much as possible to their existing illusion toward the bourgeoise and capital. If we´re to wage a class-war against war and warlords, our movement must be a stormy front of a real class-war against the existence of capitalism. It must be demanded with firm determination and will :
1. Complete and unconditional closure of all weapons production centers around the world,
2. The complete dismantling of the entire arsenal of weapons around the world,
3. Dissolution of all armies, all military forces and all coercive and belligerent forces all around the world,
4. Absolute and complete ban on the allocation of every cent from the labor and production of the working masses of the world to the producing of weapons,
Yes, should demand all of this. But so far it´s just a couple of words, but also we´ve done nothing real just with a radical appearance. Our kinetic, sublunar, class radical and anti-capitalist actions begin from this point on. We have to impose these demands on global capital, the international capitalist class and capitalist states. We must force the wage slavery system to accept these demands by coercive force, and we need power to do that. The power that we have thousands of times more than we need, but we´ve not used this class power historically, and we´ve not organized and acted it against capitalism yet. Here is the secret of all our miseries !
For centuries, the working masses, the working class has spoken out against capitalism for generations, chanting the slogan of overthrowing capitalism, but it has never started a truly anti-wage-slavery organized movement. If we´re even going to fight against war-provocations of capitalism, even if we´re only to turn off the furnaces of capitalist warfare, again, we have no choice except enter into a direct class-war with the essence of capitalist existence. That we stop the cycle of work and production from motion, and disrupting the machine of civil – social, military – police and political order of the wage-slavery system. We have to shut down work and production centers and block all channels of surplus-value producing all around the world. Let us take capitalism in all aspects of its existence under our coercive class-war blows. We workers have this class-power and we can organize it counncil and nationwide, apply it against capital and capital owners, and in this way we will force our class enemy to retreat and accepting of ourselves demands. With such a movement, we´ll not only eradicate wars, but also destroy the war-mongering and anti-human capitalist system, and on its ruins, we´ll build a prosperous and free world, without exploitation, war, classes and state. Standing in the streets, lauching marches and chanting some slogans, without doing those radical thing, without touching the real roots of war and incitement to war, without making radical anti-war demands, without showing the materialist power of class movement, without the council organizing of this class pwer nationwide, without the exercise of this council power against capitalism, the rest of the right and left-wing reformist strategies are nothing more than deception, illusion and in the service and in favor of survival of capitalism. Let´s put an end to all these deceptions, self-deception and illusions. Whatever we´ve said so far are these raw fantasies and delusional utopias ?
In fact, the YES answer to this question is fired from the artillery of capitalism, and the workers´ movement, the unions and syndicates and also parties that claiming to represent this movement for a century and a few decades have turned this bourgeois response into the top and bottom of their words and deeds. How have they benefited from their approach ? Indeed, the answer must be found in the current situation.
All that have we said is undoubtedly the most earthly, the most materialistic, real and possible , and at the same time, it´s the most radical and liberating strategy and approach.
Let´s start and organize a real anti-war class movement, a class war that is a roaring front from the global fronts of the radical campaign against the existence of capitalism .
